Privacy policy

This covers Northpine Cleaning Co’s public website — the pages you are reading and the two forms on it: the quote request form and the contact form. Northpine’s separate client portal has its own terms, which you agree to when you create an account there.

Only what you type into a form, plus the small amount of technical information a web request carries with it:

• Quote form: your name, your email address and phone number, which service you are asking about, the service address, how often you want a clean, and anything you write in the message box. Everything except the name is optional.
• Contact form: your name, your email address and phone number, and your message. Everything except the name is optional.
• The IP address the request arrived from, used to rate-limit the forms so they cannot be flooded.
• A hidden anti-spam field. It is invisible to you and stays empty; automated submissions that fill it are discarded.
• A challenge token from Cloudflare Turnstile, the anti-bot check on the forms, when that check is enabled.

The site does not ask for payment details, and there is no account to create here. It has no tracking pixels and no advertising tags.

A submitted form is forwarded once, over an encrypted and signed connection, into Northpine’s internal client system, where it becomes the enquiry someone follows up on. That is the only thing it is used for: answering you and quoting the work. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing lists.

This website sets no cookies of its own, and nothing here tries to identify you across other sites.

• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect aggregate page-view and page-speed measurements. They are cookie-less and are not used to build a profile of you.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled on the forms, runs its own check to tell people from bots and may set storage of its own under Cloudflare's policy.

The companies that make the site work, and nobody else: Vercel, which hosts it; Cloudflare, if the anti-bot check is enabled; and the client system your enquiry is forwarded to. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.

This website stores nothing. It holds your submission only for the moment it takes to forward it, and keeps no database or log of form contents. How long the enquiry is then kept inside Northpine’s client system is covered by that system’s own retention policy.

The site is meant for adults arranging cleaning for a home or a business, and is not directed at children.

Nothing on this site is collected unless you send a form, so the simplest choice is not to send one. If you have sent one and want the enquiry corrected or deleted, ask us and we will do it.

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date above changes too.
