Because the home is usually empty, the clean can reach what furniture normally covers: the floors in full, edges and corners included; the inside of the oven, refrigerator, and microwave, and the cabinet fronts; the bathrooms top to bottom; and the baseboards, sills, door frames, and fixtures in every room. The scope is agreed up front, so you know exactly what's covered before the keys change hands.
